How many games come installed & how does it work?

It depends on your SD card size (64GB, 128GB or 256GB) and console type — as a guide, a 128GB card holds roughly 100–150 games on some consoles. Games are hand-picked from our curated library. Want specific titles? Leave a note at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Hand-built to order: 4–7 days sourcing plus 1–3 days modding. UK delivery is then free in 2–5 working days; international 7–14 days — see our Countries We Ship To page.

What does the 12-month warranty cover?

Hardware faults, screen defects, buttons, battery, SD card failure and custom firmware issues — full details on the 12-Month Warranty page.

What if I change my mind?
